Eight has lived semi-contentedly for years. All she has ever wanted is to find a way she can obtain happiness while fulfilling her duties as a Worker of the AntWing Colony. So far, that plan has been going swimmingly. Which is to say horrible, because as a dragon who's never even seen the sun (let alone a body of water), Eight can't swim. When her section of Workers reaches maturity they are tasked with a new job: one Eight does not agree with. They have to sire a new generation of Workers for the Colony. She and her best friend devise a plan to escape, but that also backfires - this time, more literally than figuratively... --- Even though this story is rated Mature, it is only for the occasional fight scenes which include enough blood and gore to showcase the reality of fighting. Flame has a lot of issues and has been sent away to the healing center in the Sky Kingdom to deal with them. The last dragons he expected, or wanted, to see there were Umber and Sora. As Flame spends more time in the healing center, and with Umber, he starts to heal in more ways than one. But can he overcome the hate that's been growing in him for so long?

The Jade Winglet is given the task to each find a scavenger and record their interactions. Moon is out looking for one when something happens. She gets turned into a scavenger! Her goal is to find a way to change back, but her friends make this almost impossible when Qibli finds her to use as his scavenger for the project. Will he eventually recognize her? Will she find her way back? And will she be able to convince Pyrrhia that scavengers are not what they originally thought? Will scavengers finally be able to live in peace?
