The monster realm was much different than the human one, with that separation it was hard to get along and soon a war started, families died, monsters and humans. It wasn't a good time for anyone, children and teens left to fend for themselves while the world wrecked havoc. There was this heavy weight of tension falling on the human's shoulders. She couldn't stand to see the skeleton so tensed and angry. At first, you don't expect much out of him except his friendship. Seeing as you are already engaged you had never thought of ever hooking up with the monster. One drunken night will have you pour your heart out and find way too much comfort in the skeleton. Eventually you're going to find yourself between a clingy skeleton and your toxic family.
