Danny thought it was for the best; no one knew him there, no one knew of his family, friends, or how they died. Most importantly, Danny Phantom could disappear, the inevitable Dan along with him. What happens if Danny is captured and his parents and sister were killed by the GIW who is now working for the Other side and K.C. and her family was given a mission to look into this illegal agency and finds Danny to be experimented on and what if Sam and Tucker got ghost powers?

Everyone in their lives at one point or another has run away from something. Jobs, families, commitments, but for Danny it was so much worse. He had to run from his own government all while his family and friends believed he was dead. The government that held superheroes up, was trying to take Danny down. Even worse, all of them, every single superhero, believed that HE was the villain. And there was nobody who could help him...or so he thought

They saved him from the building collapse and away from the dangers of the world. They raised him and taught him everything he needed to know to survive. They helped him become powerful. At least that's what they said. After being stuck with the GIW for 3 years. They decided to bring Danny in to their work. They needed a new test subject. Why not make Danny one of theirs. He already knew how to fight. So they asked the boy to see why their ghost portal wouldn't work. He went inside and died. Well, half way died. The GIW had succeeded. They had a new weapon.
