It's quite the challenge inventing something in the 26th century. Alice just wants her friend back and will stop at nothing to save him. In order to do so, she'll have to turn back time. This is a short story I made a while ago and I thought I'd post it! If people like it enough I'll add more to where I should've in the first place as there was supposed to be more places Alice travels to, but I forgot to add them. Anyhow, enjoy :3

"𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙇𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙨" ┈┈⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅-┈┈ "It's not in the Stars to hold our Destiny, but Ourselves" Amelia has always loved Shakespearian plays, but she can't help but feel that her life is a divine tragedy. Thrown out by her hateful mother she fell like a swallow with a broken wing- landing into the school of Ardendale Academy: where it seems that the students merely crumble under the legacies of their past. The music of their bloodline's lives play on like a broken record; some of these songs are basked in glory- while others...not so much. Suddenly, a letter is penned to the girl- enticing her with the idea of discovering the 'truth' behind her family's story; a truth that her parents has hidden within solemn, purple eyes. "Alvaro" he was named- and out of desperation Amelia took his hand. Wanting- needing- to understand the deep-sated hatred her family has for each other, and to know what really happened to her father: what pushed him to abandon his life's work. Her job appeared easy enough. It was akin to a high-stakes kiss list- collect information and rumours on some high-profile heirs (and a couple of her classmates..who turns out to all be much more than they seemed). However everything changes when this game of kiss and tell blows up into something world-changing. And with every person that gets doxxed or even worse- dies, Amelia has to choose if this cesspool of deception, desperation, and dark, dark desire is worth it after all. ┈┈⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅-┈┈ Here in Ardendale: everyone is nothing more than a luxurious, lying layabout. With more than just one secret to hide..Deceit lies in the details after all, so what's behind their disguise..?
