He drove the car straight into the garden, the tires ripping through the green, people scattering and screaming in horror as the car hurtled straight toward the wedding aisle like a raging bull. Inside, Qazi Sahib had been waiting patiently for over thirty minutes. Saira hadn't uttered a single word, her lips sealed, her eyes on the door, silently praying for someone who never came... Until now. The sound of the engine roared into the wedding hall, and she saw him-her Aariz. A slow, stunned smile tugged at her lips. Everyone stood up. The wedding came to a halt. Aariz slammed the car door open and walked out with thunder in his steps. His black shirt's top three buttons open, hair disheveled-eyes glowing like hellfire. In his right hand, a gun, straight and deadly, pointed at Rehan. "STOP THIS WEDDING..." he growled, his voice deeper than death itself, "...or I will turn this hall into blood bath" A gasp erupted across the crowd. Without another second wasted, Aariz pressed the trigger. The bullet tore through the air. But at the last second, Ayaaz pushed his arm upward and the shot went flying into the air. People screamed and ducked. Chaos. "Aariz! Control, dammit!" Ayaaz shouted, voice shaking. Aariz's face snapped toward him, madness swimming in his bloodshot eyes. "How do you expect me to CONTROL MYSELF when this ba**ard dares to marry MY WIFE?!" Saira's eyes widened. My wife? But... hadn't he signed the papers?

⚠️This story is a work of fiction and explores themes based on cultural traditions, emotional struggles, and personal transformation. She stormed out to the garden. "Say something!" she snapped, eyes burning. "Or are you still playing that 'I'm-too-pure-to-talk' game? Still pretending to be holy?" And that's when Raif moved. Fast. Zariah didn't even have time to blink before her back hit the nearby pillar - not hard, but firm enough to freeze her breath. His hand gripped her waist tightly, the other at her wrist, locking her in place. His chest pressed to hers. His face was inches from hers. His voice was deep. Controlled. But deadly serious. "It's no longer like always, Zariah." Her lips parted. "I used to ignore you because I knew my limits. I'm not like those men who flirt and sin and call it love. I feared Allah more than I ever desired you." His eyes narrowed, dark fire glowing behind them. "I didn't punish you back then because I respect women - even when they spit venom. I kept my mouth shut, not because I was weak... but because you weren't my mahram. I had no right to look at you, touch you, even speak without reason." He leaned closer, and she could feel his breath brush her cheek. "But now..." His grip on her tightened, and her body trembled - not from fear, but from the intensity in his words. "Now you are my wife. Now, you belong to me. Halal. Lawful. Mine." Zariah tried to turn her face away, but he caught her chin, tilting it back to him. "Now I can do anything I want. I can touch you. I can silence your insults without guilt. And I can show you what it means to be owned in a way that'll make you crave it again." His lips brushed her neck, just for a second - before he bit her. Not soft. Not brutal. But just enough to sting, enough to leave a mark. Zariah gasped, frozen. He pulled back just a little. "This-" he said, brushing his thumb over the fresh mark on her neck, "-is the first of many."

Sometimes it breaks us first, only to shape us again. And in the silence of letting go, when she thought love had slipped away forever, another story was quietly unfolding... one built on patience, on prayers she never heard, and on the mercy of Allah who always gives better than what He takes. It is a story of longing and surrender, of unanswered prayers that were never unanswered at all, reminding us that sometimes the love we chase is not the love that was written for our soul. Dive into her story to taste the ache of loving and losing, to walk through the moments that felt like endings, only to see how every turn was carrying her closer to the goodness Allah had written all along. #1 in Islam- 18.06.26 #1 in faith- 22.06.26 #2 in longing- 28.06.26
