Sara Stilinski wanted nothing more then a distraction. Ever since her friend, Allison Argent, died at the end of a sword, her thoughts were filled with the moment's leading up to Allison's death. It all started out for Derek Hale when he was at the age of seven, entering his second grade class for the first time. To say he was excited was an understatement. He was straight up pumped. The cheerful boy was always in the mood for an adventure, spreading his warm attitude and positive outlook with everyone he met. Even then he was the popular kid - and he was only in the second grade. Then there was the young Elizabeth Ingle. Elizabeth - more commonly referred to as Effy - also at the age of seven, dreaded the thought of leaving for school. Especially the first day, when her fun summer vacation ended and she would have to fall back into the routine of getting up early and facing the world when all she wanted to do was sleep. And she let everyone know she was in a bad mood when she had one. And, truthfully, that was every day. Both entering Mrs. Jones' class, both with totally different attitudes and personalities. They were as different as night and day. Happy versus angry. Positive versus negative. Popular versus... not. So naturally, when Mrs. Jones decided they should sit next to each other, the two didn't even get two words in before they concluded that they hated each other and always would hate each other, as long as they both should live. After the fire at the Hale house, Derek and his sister moved to New York. What Derek didn't know... he would meet someone special. Some drama happens. A few years later, four to be exact - the girl he lost, turns up in Beacon Hills with a little surprise. Aria McCall is 19 years old and Scott McCall's older sister. 3 years ago, Aria had to leave home without any explanation and she has now returned to Beacon Hills to reveal that reason as she has heard of the recent news of Scott. What will happen when she is introduced and forced to help out Derek Hale, will he change her? Will she change him? And will he trust what she is?
