((Inspired by the Warrior Cat horror curse AU by Razmerry.)) The Maw is a famous yet mysterious restaurant ship, opening its doors at many different parts of the sea. Recently, The Maw has been wanting to put something new onto the table. Something to up their game and bring in even more customers. That's how "The Laboratory Kitchen" was established, their goal to make the most diverse and delicious tasting children. Messing with genetics of the children in order to get them to taste a certain way, uncaring to how they changed their behaviors. And soon, the final product was done and The Maw's staff began injecting the children with the enhancements. Unfortunately, they had unknowingly released a zombie-like disease onto the children. The children infected by the enhancements becoming aggressive, and wild in the sight of others. Though not quite like an actual zombie as when alone they're in control of themselves and depending on the enhancement type, sometimes acted differently than full aggression. (explained more in the actual story) The story follows a growing group of children who didnt get the enhancements on their journey to escape The Maw. Though it's a long, dangerous journey and surely not everyone will make it.
