They shared in their mother's love for helping others, that's why they both wanted to be doctors when they were growing up, that's why it hurt Rae so much when Sam left without even so much as a goodbye. What happens when Rae moves back to Chicago after 7 years away? What happens when her brother, the only family she has left, ignores her? When she spirals, who's the one to pull her back? I do not own any of the characters besides the Danvers family, Tyler, Jack and Mark, Travis, Amelia and finally Gabriella. I have bridged the whole Mouse leaving the military as a way of bringing him back into the running as a character. I also decided to use Diego Dawson as a cop to be able to bring in Antonio at some point, another character which I loved throughout the show. There may be more characters that are no longer in the show anymore, but I decided to keep, and lastly there may be a few newer ones that I have left out or don't mention as much. Starting as an epilogue to Chicago Med episode 2x17 this Halsteadx2+Lindsay story is a collection of requests and prompts from readers. We follow the antics of these three as they navigate the drama in their life.

Since we don't know much about his past, I'm writing this as I imagine it. Jay has moments with Mouse, shares things with Erin he hasn't before, and he has time with Will sharing memories and such.

After a tough case the whole intelligence unit wants to go home and get some rest but then Jay gets a phonecall from Mouse saying that they need his help to solve a big problem. The whole unit decides to tag along and help solve the problem from Jay and Mouses past.

Ever since Blake was adopted by Benny Severide, and became inseparable with Kelly, she always wanted to be a firefighter. Just like her brother. Recruited straight to Firehouse 51, and onto the same truck as Kelly, life was pretty good. Being the second in command to her brother, she went through the same hardships Kelly did, never leaving his side. Only Blake Severide's life gets a lot more hectic when Intelligence gets involved. Especially when she falls for the former Army Ranger.
