Bechtel is a company growing towards the big leagues and it's all due in part to Anton Berlique, their top surveyor. This is what he believes, but his whole world will come crumbling down when he realizes the company is working with corrupt figures and is a front for criminal persuasion. Now he must operate with a mysterious vigilante to bring Bechtel and their evil benefactors down.
