Even though, they were persistent on staying with him, from the fact that he is still trying to get over [Name]. But, Sonic insists on them leaving. Although, no sooner are they gone, Dr. Robotnik returns, this time with a new partner, Knuckles, whom is [Name's] childhood friend, in search for an emerald that has the power to both build and destroy civilizations. Sonic, then teams up with Tails and reunites with a certain [Animal Name], that arrives back from gaining an intellectual message of the dangers draining through towards Sonic.
