She was tortured- scratch that what she experienced was traumatizing for a baby, they took her as a lab rat and ran tests on her. They enhanced her quirk when she turned four and made her a lethal weapon by creating the first quirk made by man in a six-year-old body. Thankfully she ran away and escaped, She was saved and right now under surveillance from the HSPC since she can't control the created quirk. After knowing her parents' cause of death, she vowed she'd never let any child experience what she went through and that's why she wanted to become a hero. To save children, and adults from villains... Yeah and to also put an end to this corrupted hero society.
