27 years of slumber is a long time. The Losers Club think they defeated Pennywise after the clown has put them through a grinder of fear and horror. Years go by and the Losers club drift apart while thinking Pennywise is dead. Most of them move out of Derry. Their memories slowly fade and they forget they faced IT when they were children. What if Pennywise never went to sleep? That he loses most of his powers for 27 years and needs to take on his human form of Robert Gray, cursed to roam around Derry? He would be bored as hell. Until he finds someone special to toy with to keep him busy until he gets his powers back. //I'm not a horror writer. Neither do I write loads of violence in my stories. La historia sigue a Lei, una adolescente de 15 años que, gracias a su vecina Beverly, se ve involucrada en los sucesos que persiguen al "club de los perdedores", así es como logra conocer y saber de Pennywise, una entidad cósmica que se alimenta del miedo de los habitantes. Al verse aterrada por el ambiente que sigue al pueblo y mientras más descubre qué es el payaso, comienza a cuestionarse si sus propias intenciones son diferentes o iguales al objetivo de los chicos. (Tiene romance, pero más que eso trata de indagar en los orígenes de Pennywise, descubrir qué es realmente su forma de vida y si existen otras entidades como él.)
