For years, Katsuki forced himself not to smile, or laugh. All just cause of a small, simple reason. He didn't like the small dents that formed by the sides in his mouth. It's not that he had anything against people who had dimples, he just felt like it didn't suit him. Deku was born deaf, but he been having surgery to his ears. He been told one of his ears is better then the other so he has to use a hearing aid so he be able to actually hear. He knows sign language, he could also write. Still speaking was hard. So he was also mute. Deku only knew few words. Kacchan doesn't know deku was deaf. (In this au I'm making it seem like they aren't childhood friends, but they seem their mother talk and drink coffee or tea together but deku was always far away from Kacchan. But they still have nickname for each other.)

Midoriya thinks Bakugou will be disgusted if he finds out he's a little. Putting off little space has unforeseen side affects on Izuku's mental health though, and Bakugou is going to do something about it. (Midoriya puts off little space until Katsuki finds out and has to take charge as a caregiver before his boyfriend's mental health gets any worse.)
