Peter Parker a.k.a Spider-Man, moves in with the Avengers at Tony Stark's house/building/mansion/lab. The Avengers are open with who they are and do not hide their identities. Yet, Peter does. Peter won't let them see his face for numerous of reasons, but when they do find out who he is, what's next? Does he trust the Avengers to protect him and his identity?

Aunt May passed away from cancer hours after the helicarrier crashed. Tony Stark had a dream about a certain brown-haired doe eyed kid. Said kid happened to be a orphan after his aunt passed away and was put into a foster home. Tony Stark and Pepper Potts where looking to adopt a kid to sedate a dream they just happened to find the same kid from the dream. Nick Fury was looking to put The Ultimates in a safe house, but with May passing away Spider-Man couldn't provide a safe house. Nick Fury didn't like Tony Stark but would grudgingly put the team with Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
