These are truths I was never taught to speak. Here lie the words I swallowed, the pain I buried, and the questions they told me not to ask. For the unheard. For the unseen. For the ones who feel too much in a world that tells them to feel less. I write for you. I write for me.

🖤 Author's Note I did not write these words to heal; I wrote them because they refused to stay silent. In the cracks of guilt, rage, and emptiness, poetry offered me a language my sorrow could speak. If you find yourself somewhere in these lines bleeding, rebelling, or simply breathing in the ruins, know you are not alone. May these verses hold a mirror to the quiet battles we never show the world . This is a poetry book.

Laughs echoed through the noisy room With each new story, both fake and loud; Though this chattering swirls, I hold my ground, In our shared jokes, they don't know the bond. -Ysaleyi

I really enjoy writing and I have been writing poems for a while, I'm finally gaining the confidence to share them, some are extremely personal to me and discuss some topics that may make people uncomfortable so please check the tws. Most of them are genuine, and a few are dramatized and/ or are made up completely. It's up to the reader to figure out which are which. That's the beauty of interpretation. The ones that use quotes or I said that whoever said a certain thing are one hundred percent real, I could provide screenshots to prove them. Anyway, even though most of these are genuine and come from me, if you want me to write about something specific, I can definitely try just lmk! Best Ranks #2 In Poem #3 in poetry/poembook

want /wänt,wônt/ verb definition: to have a desire to possess or do something; to wish for something want is a funny thing. the way that it works. we all have wants. some people want to be successful, while others want love. there are a countless number of things we want as human beings. it's never ending. once you have something that you want, you can't help but find another, and another. but have you ever wanted something so bad that you'd give up everything (yes, everything) in a heartbeat? just to feel that one moment of happiness after you finally get what you want? that's all Cassandra Rhodes has ever wanted. she's the daughter of billionaire Blake Rhodes, and her life is nothing short of luxurious. there's not a physical thing that she cannot have. but, the luxuries she has isn't what she seeks. there's a million things she has that others would die for, but none of it is what she wants. what she wants is what she can't have. ~
