Nightmare found a young child a long time ago. When they fell into a coma it sent him over the edge. several hundred years later the child wakes up in a castle of darkness, surrounded by people, er... skeletons, that they don't know. Now they are being raised by murderers, cannibals, and world destroyers. Oh yeah! And their Uncle is the god of Death. Fun. WARNING (but not really): This story has been known to give people heart attacks and possible death from wholesome cuteness. I am not responsible for said medical emergencies or deaths. Read at your own risk. ~~~~~~ || Few things. 1) The first couple of chapters are going to basically just be Nightmare, but it's for plot reasons. 2) Dream is definitely going to be a little ooc. So, updates are when I feel like it. 4) I'mma try to keep the pronouns for (Y/N) gender neutral, but I may just drop that at some point. What if..someone became the same parasite that was fresh? Not as the skeleton, but the parasite, the thing is, when this parasite gets memories of another life and their feelings...they become..protective of their host...and train..a lot with the host and without the host.... Now all they want to do is protect fresh, and a few select skeletons. They wonder what will happen when they change things? (Different things happening, different personalities, etc not what you think Uhh idk.

It was a bit...ironic, honestly. He (was he a 'he'? or was he a 'she'? he- she- they- didn't remember the life before all of this...) was just a regular person, as so he thinks, he didn't remember much of his actual past life. Just that he was human and..just normal. He didn't really expect to die and reincarnate, again and again and again and- Well, his reincarnation just repeated, over and over and over and over and over.... Well anyways, he found it a bit ironic. why? well, he'd never thought that reincarnation was a thing, and that he've been practically daydreaming about it in his past life. But he was envious. Just slightly, he didn't wanna be rude, besides, other people aren't experiencing what he's experiencing. If they don't know his problems, that's fine. That was fine, at least they didn't have to die so gruesomely or lonely everytime they die. And at least they didn't have to wake up, knowing that this was a new life and that the people around you didn't know you weren't yourself as a whole. That was fine, at least THEY didn't want to die one final time everyday. That was fine. Right...?

The goal of this book is to make Y/N as relatable as possible, by sugar coating them with crack. This isn't an X Reader, but it's still fun to write.
