Katsuki was born with a life threatening disease. It caused him to throw up blood and get horrible migraines. Once he became aware of his illness, he tried to deny that he was going to die sooner than later. He didn't want to get attached to anyone, so he started bullying Izuku so he would hate him. It didn't work and Katsuki developed feelings for the greenette. Once he reached high school, his parents got hopeful, but of course... all good things come to an end 😈

Once Bakugou disappeared, deku was left behind discovering his feelings for his childhood bully, they will only realize how they feel about each other when they meet again...
