how do you tell apart a dream from reality? isn't reality just the universe dreaming it's alive? so then, how do you tell apart a nightmare from reality? isn't reality just a never-ending nightmare? Well, sometimes nightmares can teach you things, sometimes you just have to listen closely to your darkest dreams to see the truth, and sometimes you just have to live through nightmares to see the future. Some nights I'm transported into the future, to a post-apocalyptic version of my world, sometimes I don't remember what I saw, some other times I write it down; sometimes I'm afraid of what lures in the back of my mind, waiting for me to fall asleep, and when I do, I slide into a world of agony, horror, and darkness, I see into a world of extinction.
