(This story takes place in season 4 of Gotham. And this book is a completely different from my other FanFic's of Jerome, just to give you a heads up.) It's true that Arkham Asylum is no place for a child nor a sane person for that matter. But what if that was a lie, what if there was once a child that belonged there. A child that was born in Arkham and was raised inside the asylum by a bunch of loonies. Well this story is exactly that. Jerome thought he could easily tame her and take her innocents but little did he know her innocence was already gone and she would never let anyone tame her, especially not a loony like him.
