Aang didn't manage to get back Katara's necklace from Zuko. He hates it. He wanted Katara happy. He wanted Katara. But things don't look good for him in the romance department. Katara doesn't seem interested most of the time. Whenever Aang manages to have a mildly romantic moment with her, she comes back to mom friend attitude straight after. He doesn't lose hope though. As Sokka said, the key part to hold another person interested is to act like you don't care. Maybe that's what Katara is doing? Zuko still has the necklace. He keeps it a secret from everybody, even uncle Iroh. He holds on to it whenever things go bad for him. He thinks about it nonstop, he's paranoid that someone might find it. Although he likes keeping the necklace to himself, he wants to return it to the rightful owner. When she stops hating him, maybe? Meanwhile Katara sticks to not wearing any necklace. Although from time to time Aang tries to give her another one, she never accepts them. She doesn't like the reason why her little brother is constantly trying to give her a substitute for the necklace she lost. Because from time to time, she still thinks about her old necklace and the person who is currenlty owning it.

Ba Sing Se, the City of walls and secrets, held yet another. Within the walls of the vast city, an alliance most unholy had formed. Jet and Hama. Together they were working on plans to end the Fire Lord's life, and unbeknownst to Katara she would be helping...whether she wanted to or not.

The War is won, and Hermione Granger is back at Hogwarts as an Eighth Year, feeling reckless and determined to shed her prim bookworm persona. Also returning is Draco Malfoy, universally hated but determined to restore his family's name. Hermione's hopes for a quiet school year are quickly dashed as she contends with mischievous First Years, killer plants, enchanted hair accessories, a totally inappropriate Moaning Myrtle, renegade Death Eaters, a nice vampire, a poorly named study group, a depraved party, and mysterious, threatening blood messages on the castle walls. We have redemption, partial redemption and (sadly or hilariously) no redemption at all. Throw in a snarky, disturbingly attractive Draco with his own secret agenda, and we have a very slow-burn Dramione with a side of who-dun-it. COMPLETE!

Like the massacre I saw from a month ago was nothing I can't be here another minute. The flood of smiling faces was making me nauseous. The constant quick remarks about how loser my foster family was made me mad. Like they didn't mean anything. Like their death was a gladly welcomed event, not a terrible tragedy. I can't be here another minute. The jokes regarding my old life weren't funny. Or brilliant, or smart or even bad. They were disgusting. As if there was something funny about having your whole life explode in your face at six a.m. I can't be here another minute. I have to get out of here.
