Ever since the days of Octo Valley, vigilante Agent 3 has been on a long quest to protect Inkopolis from crime for the NSS. One day, however, when she finds herself physically broken, with no one to trust, and with damaged morals, she'll end up venturing on a personal mission to right the wrongs of her own past, and ultimately, to secure the fate of all of Inkopolis.

Rider being annoyed and mad about everything, he gets called out. Goggles wants to make him happy and others know. The others want him to change, Goggles is the only one to make it happen. As time passed by Rider gets Goggles on his mind and it's to the point he starts to act little weird. Also to the point where his mind is haunted by Goggles. Aloha and Rider get into a fight on what?
