When Annabelle, a young eighteen year old is sent to her grandmothers attic to fetch something she discovers some old photographs and newspaper clippings from 1919. The dates go back to when her grandmother was a child and lived out her own teenage years among the blinders fears. After speaking with her grandmother about the men in the picture her curiosity gets the better of her and and decided to do some further investigations. However nothing would ever prepare her for the journey she was about to begin.

1919 is where it all started, a young girl, almost 24, moved to England to escape her past... holding secrets of her own; she has her own mission. Now being a woman in the early 20th century was hard but she never let it stop her, she played dirty and got what she wanted until that one day. Her parents tragically died on the titanic, forced to work as a singer in her youth at a bar that didn't care about her well being. Sent to war to tend as a nurse the day before her 18th birthday. Her life was a rollercoaster of unfortunate events. However she had been invited to Birmingham by her Auntie, which she finally got in contact with after many years. Nothing could mess it up.
