Three years after Jinx's fatal attack on the Council, the city of Zaun is in worse straits than ever. As Jinx and Martin start to team up to perform ever more daring robberies, they begin running afoul of the various factions in the two cities, incurring the wrath of ever-more-powerful enemies. Their partnership soon becomes to a struggle for survival.
