Ray, a taiwanese expat, is developing feeling for Madi, his streamer friend who's grinding to the top of internet fame by means of their very friendship and forced proximity to other streaming sensations. Clover House, unintentionally, adopts the role of workplace and meet cute. The combination of the two makes for an interesting story of uncertain love in a career of hidden, nullified homophobia, where their love is keep secret in small touches and odd looks. "Yo," Ray laughs, incredulous, he's starting to feel a little hot. "How do you find these? Are these your bookmarks?" Madi snorts, taking his phone back. Scrolling again. "They find me." Ray isn't unfamiliar with the fact that some people in their fanbases ship them. He isn't unfamiliar with the fact that Madi knows all about it, either. He knows that Madi indulges, because Madi's always online. Ray's reacted to Madi watching an edit before, on stream. He remembers that he said he and Madi look like a couple. 𓂃⸝⸝⟢ Or: Ray's seen the edits, and he knows it's all a joke. Until it's not.

Ray moved from Taiwan to Atlanta expecting streaming to be temporary. Then Clover House happened.
