Sticking two hot heads who've had it out for each other since day one didn't seem smart. But yet that's exactly what happens. Roman and Will didn't "click" together, the closest they were to having something in common was their swim team and their need to prove each other wrong. This is why they are given an ultimatum: They can give up their swimming scholarships or go to a beach house to mend their relationship. It was simple, they have to spend two months together. No communication with anybody else. Bonding exercises everyday. And absolutely no fighting for two months. Who knows what will come out of this? *** Cover art is "Rolling Muscles, Lapping Waves" by artist Gabriel Garbow

BOOK TWO On the outside, Julian Douglas has everything: college athlete, good grades, friends who think he's unstoppable. But inside, he's unraveling. And the one person who ever made him feel whole-the boy he loved and lost-is the one person he can't let go of. Paul Jones is brilliant, beautiful, and broken. His art reaches millions, but behind the screens and gallery walls, he's drowning in silence, addiction, and a love that still lingers. When Julian and Paul collide again, old wounds resurface, old habits threaten to consume them, and both must decide if love is enough to heal what life has shattered. Heartbreaking, intimate, and unflinching, Alone explores the raw edges of mental illness, addiction, and the desperate, dangerous hope of holding onto someone who feels like home. : : : "I'm your boyfriend, Jules." He looked so sad then, so completely vulnerable and it was my fault. It was all my fault and I didn't notice until it was too late. "Do you forget that?" Maybe I did. Maybe I thought ignoring him would stop these feelings from surfacing, that missing him wouldn't take over if I never thought of him. And Paul had sighed, his hands coming up to wipe the few tears that hadn't fallen. His cheeks were flushed, he'd done enough crying for the day, and his hair was all over the place from his frustrated tugging. We'd both looked rough but seeing him just as a mess as I was... it made my heart hurt. So did his next words and I knew he'd already given up. "Do you wanna be with me or do you just not wanna be alone?"

"𝕎𝕖 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕡𝕣𝕠𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕠𝕟𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕤 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕝𝕕" - Haruichi Furudate Emerson Scott and Robyn Hook had been childhood friends, being the literal dictionary definition of friendship. Their friendship was extraordinarily concrete and everyone else knew how close they were. They were so close in fact, that they'd do the usual best friend activities such as hold hands, cuddle, and even kiss each other on the cheek. But like, no homo, right? What happens when the 'b' in bromance starts to slowly fade away, and the fine line between romantic and platonic becomes blurred? •progress• ongoing• •fewer, but lengthy chapters•slower updates•

Dawson is- most people who don't know him would say- as straight as they come. And senior year away from home promises to be a big year for him: no parents in sight, a whole new set of friends, he just seems to have it all. Not to mention that all the pretty girls of the very private Wharton High are dying to get a taste of the new talk of the school. If only he could get Adam Hamilton's eyes out of his head. * "He dislikes him so much he is annoyed by the mere sound of his breathing. He dislikes him so much that he can't bring himself to ignore him; that even the way his stupid glasses perfectly sit on his symmetrical nose exasperates him; and his ridiculously blue eyes that take different shades of blue based on his mood and now Dawson knows that apathy is the ocean whereas rage is a starless night sky. And his jawline looks like it was sculpted by the hands of Michelangelo, but he dislikes him so much he can't look at his face without feeling his cheeks flush in anger. Truth is, Dawson dislikes him because Hamilton did something that no other person- despite their best efforts- ever managed to do. He made him feel weak."

The last thing that he wants is Wren Sanchez, the son of the top candidate and openly gay "bad boy", transferring to his high school. "Fraternizing with the enemy" shouldn't even be an issue, but it became one when Wren seems to not only take a liking to Taylor, but also begins to openly pursue him. And for some reason Taylor isn't as annoyed about that as he should be.. What could possibly go wrong? Critique to @TorissaNikole. PLEASE go check out her stories, she is beautiful and amazing and she's awesome!!

In the town of Harrisville, Ohio, there were two schools. Harrisville High School and Harris Academy. These two schools went above and beyond the rival quota. There had been many arrests on both sides and a lot of money had gone into fixing things that were broken by the other school. Pools had been emptied and refilled, football fields were re-grassed, gyms were redone, etc. These were some of the things that had been done to and by both schools. Going to school into their junior years, were the two rival starting quarterbacks; Justice Homer and Reed Archer. Justice Homer goes to Harris Academy. He's your typical prep school student. He has good grades, a good family and popular. He has plans to go to Bear Valley University, which is in Argent, California. Although he does participate in the rivalry, he doesn't get involved with anything that will harm his future. He stays away from the illegal stuff. Reed Archer goes to Harrisville High School. He's the quarterback of the football team. He's can be considered a 'bad boy' but he doesn't do drugs, only drinks at parties. His home life is complicated. Although his parents don't love one another and all they do is fight, they haven't gotten a divorce. Both of his parents are set in their ways and believe what they believe without hesitation. Since Reed doesn't really have the money to go to college, he hasn't really had any plans for the future. He just knows he wants to play football. He never really had a backup plan. These two boys were rivals, but one week at an away football camp during the summer changed that. They were forced to room together and that changed the relationship between them one hell of a lot. Gone was the rivalry and in its place was a young love story. Fair warning: BXB, Rivals, Do not Copy, This is made up, No characters are real, Places mentioned are not the same as in real life unless big things (such as Harvard)
