Y/N is a bright student from London. She was living with her father, the owner of a renown company called: Smith Electronics. Her father always had health problems since a young age, but eventually grew better as he got older. That was until he hit his early 30s. At the age of 34, her father passed away in his sleep. At the funeral, she met a woman who claimed to be her mother. She was skeptic, because her father had told her that her mother left the family when she was 5 years of age. After proving herself as her biological mother and casting away Y/N's doubt, the woman offered to take Y/N with her to Japan, where she was now living and ran the international Hime Productions company. Y/N pondered over the idea, but after finding out her evil uncle bought over her late father's company and house, causing her to have nowhere else to go; she accepted it. Leaving behind the life she once knew in London, and coming to create a new yet better one in Japan. After getting settled into Japan, Y/N's mother signed her up for Ouran Academy. She accepts, since it was her whole plan to get closer to Kyoya in the first place.
