In the small city of Creekwood, a once-popular summer camp was shut down in 1990 after three teenage girls died within a single week. Their deaths were quickly ruled as suicides. The tragedy devastated the town, and the camp was abandoned soon after.
Ten years later, in 2000, a new mayor pushes to erase Creekwood's "tainted reputation" and revive its economy. The solution is simple: reopen the camp, repaint the past, and let summer erase what happened.
But the forest remembers more than the town is willing to admit.
As a new group of teenagers arrives for the reopening season, strange similarities begin to emerge between them and the girls who died in 1990. Whispers travel through the woods at night. Rules appear where none existed before. And something buried beneath the camp seems to be waking up again waiting for history to repeat itself.
Because the deaths were never really suicides.
And the camp was never truly empty.
