(Yes, in this fanfic, the dungeon was created by the Old Ones) Their endeavors exhausted themselves and they fell into a deep slumber within the void of space. Never to be seen or heard from again. A long time later, the gods of Danmachi were born and inherited the world that the Old Ones rebuilt. The dungeon was found but the power it was meant to contain was never noticed as it's THAT well contained deep within its near-infinite depths.
