A my hero academia fan fiction where All Might didn't lose the slime monster... and Izuku, dreams freshly crushed, decides to help in a way even a "quirkless Deku" like him could. He becomes an information broker for the heroes. Because while his dream had always been to be a hero, his goal had always- and will always- be helping others, and come he'll or high water, he would not give up on that. With this in mind he began analyzing quirks and training his brain so he could surpass even analytical quirks. And further so his information would surpass all other's. And like that his name began to spread- Deku, the top quirk analyst, with his all seeing quirk Pantomath. I make nothing from this, except excuses for what I do with my time. The only thing that is mine is the plot and OCs.

Tenya Iida has navigated through life without many friends. Preschool was full of kids discovering their quirks and deeming his creepy. Elementary was the start of the real bullying, where they begun to mock him for his mannerisms, target his quirk, his appearance, and so on and so forth. He didn't think middle school would be all that different. Private or not, it didn't particularly matter to him. He knew there were going to be unsavory types wherever he went. He didn't expect to make a friend. Not one like this.

I have it all, huh? I'm sweet and caring for everyone and anyone. Yeah, I'm a little dumb, but that's just because I'm lazy, right? Right?! I'm fine, right?! Izuku doesn't have a quirk. That's the long and short of it. After being told his whole life he can't be a hero, General Education at UA is the best he can hope for, right? Wrong. Dead Wrong. So super wrong that his best friend from Gen Ed, all of Class 1A and a whole mess of Pro Heroes are going to prove to him how wrong he is. Izuku has the makings of a hero, and his lack of a quirk only throws those qualities into starker relief. After all, who wants to be as strong as All Might when you can be the cleverest hero in the business?

Swan Dive Summary The Slime Villain Incident, and the events leading up to it happen one year earlier. Izuku, broken and lost in the face of All Might's words, decides to take Kacchan's advice. But a familiar Underground Hero won't let a young life end so quickly. How will a simple right-place-right time scenario change things? After being diagnosed quirkless, Izuku's father didn't take it too well. The stress grew too much for Inko. But one day, he just left. Izuku is scrambling for money to support his mother and himself. Now he's going to UA with his bestfriend and a skeptical Aizawa who loves his coffee.
