It clouded your mind so bad to the point where you get captured by the cartel and tortured. Los Vaqueros and the members of 141 are beyond stressed amd worried for your safety. The Cartel moved you to a more secure location that both groups had no idea where they couldve possibly moved you until their hostage smugly offers to go with them since they know where her cartel had hid you. This won't exactly follow the Modern Warfare timeline. Not all the characters will be their exact age in the game either.
