She felt threatened by Sands, the Prince of the Wind Nation. Her title and power of a Alpha would soon be stripped away from her as the majority of the Wind Nation's population had voted for Sands. She was behind the sopposed genocide on the royal family of the Ice Nation and Wind Nation. Anna was not yet fully satisfied. She wanted to make a point to soul of Sands, that she would always be the Alpha. She formed an alliance with the Fire Nation and waged war in Cosperia, succesfully conquering the Ice and Wind Nation. Important people who were now refugees were sent away to a school in earth, "Constellation High" for safety under a refugee program.
