"𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫..." 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭 He was the only thing holding her together, preventing her from falling apart. He was the only thing that made sense, the closest thing she had left to her sanity. And then, in the blink of an eye, tables were spun and her whole world came crashing down, right before her eyes. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤, austere and nearly emotionless. Withdrawn from her old school, she saw that as an opportunity to shy away from her demons, a chance to forge another path, leaving behind the bitter memories she desperately wanted an escape from. Battling with depression, struggling with the aftermath of a messy breakup and changing schools didn't come easy for Kira. But then, trouble stepping in, in the form of the grey-eyed boy that was the polar opposite of everything she stood for was the least of her expectations. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐎𝐥𝐮𝐲𝐢𝐝𝐞, your daily dose of sunshine with a golden smile, coupled with a heart of gold. He had trained himself to be prepared for whatever it is that life threw in his way, but he certainly didn't expect to cross paths with the Snow Queen he couldn't stay away from, after one encounter. She piqued his curiosity. He irks her. A girl who has worn a mask all her life, torn between who she was and what she had become and a guy who waltzed into her life in the form of redemption, with just one aim in mind. To tear down her walls. Will this blossom into something more intense? With this burning attraction that tossed them into an abyss of deceits, betrayals, broken friendships and the most unlikely alliances. One word. 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐎𝐒!

When the sun goes down, the gravestone statues in Willow Hills Cemetery come to life--including Gretta. As a granite guardian of the dead, it's her job to make sure her charge--the snarky, hot-headed, lesbian spirit Quinn Rivera--crosses over and finds spiritual peace. But that's a little hard to do when Quinn's twin brother Jason blames himself for her premature death. And for Quinn to agree to cross over, he must learn the truth of her accidental passing and the bipolar episodes that led her to shut him out beforehand. But reaching out to the living is against the rules, and to break them would mean facing the most power-hungry and terrifying spirit of all: Death. *** Inspired by 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘰 (but not a retelling), Willow Hills is a southern gothic story with paranormal/horror elements. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐲'𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 (𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥) C/W: Gore, some violence, and light to moderate swearing. After a long anticipated party hosted by one of the most popular boys in school, a rumour goes round the entire school and gets the names of the two least expected classmates, in the mouths of the entire population of Castron High. One word: Madness. 𝑫𝒂𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒖𝒄𝒉𝒊 𝑶𝒓𝒋𝒊 - a major 'outcast', a girl who barely escaped being at the full disadvantaged end of the Social hierarchy, because she was saved, hidden, and protected under the wings of one of the most highly placed cliques in her set - realises that as a result of this ridiculous and unexpected rumour, she may just be about to bite more than she can chew. Unspeakable dares are passed on. Sealed pledges are made, the worst of pairs are forced to match-make, secrets are revealed, the mystery behind the strangest, most unusual people are discovered, and the most dangerous games are played when the notorious gang boys/hoodlums, known for terrorising the school come into the whole story, thirsty for blood. Most alarming yet, an outcast who has always been the centre of attention for the wrong reasons and a damaged playboy with narcissistic traits dare to fall in love in a world that forbids them to. In the end, all that's left to realise it that every teenager is one way broken and needs saving. ❦︎ In a world where home is equivalent to Hell, and Highschool is a society, reeking of vanity, where social hierarchy is the order of the day, and the madness to maintain status quo is a much bigger deal than it should be, anyone is bound to lose their goddamn mind. Two broken teenagers, living the same unbearable reality, and struggling to know who they are, find solace, and a means of escape, with each other. But is it really worth it?
