His friends drag him to a party where a reckless decision was made. Two years later George is alone in his apartment with nothing but the sound of the heater and his sleeping two year old on his chest. He hasn't spoken to his friends since he left the states all those years ago, terrified of what they might say. What they might think. George knows the text will come, its his decision on what to do about it he needs to think through. Happy 25th birthday to himself, he thinks.

George is slowly breaking apart from the inside out. Every inconvenience leads him further away from himself, and he's not really sure if he can go back to who he was before.
