It was just a normal day. Routine. As usual. A simple burglary, Shouta got hit with a Quirk, but it didn't seem to have much of an effect on him. What he didn't realize was that the effects of the Quirk would only develop over the following weeks and that they would slowly turn him into a cat. Shoto Todoroki had nothing going for him. His dad abuses him and made him quit his only escape: school. As a final goodbye to his crushes, Bakugou and Deku, he confesses his feelings and runs away. This causes Todoroki to lose his ability to show emotions. After three years, he works all day, every day but every time gets fired eventually for his lack of emotions. But ends up getting hired by two people he thought he'd never meet again. Bakugou and Deku worked their hardest to find their Shoto after he confessed his love and then disappeared. Todoroki hadn't known it at the time, but Bakugou and Deku were the leaders of the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia. Finally they had found their Shoto and weren't planning on letting him go anytime soon.

izuku lost his parents at a young age and has lived in a lot of foster family's. On a day because of the beating of his foster parents he was now in the hospital. The foster parents got arrested and two men were willing to adopted him and train him to be a hero. (characters and art aren't mine)

A neutral place where Vigilantes, Villains, and Heroes can enjoy beverages, cupcakes or cakes. It has simple rules. No shady business, capturing or interrogating anyone. He made this for peace not a beacon for trouble. || This is definitely not my first story, but one of the few I've posted.
