They found the gold of the Royal Merchant together, lost their best friends together, and reunited with their best friends together. They lived on a deserted island together, broke out of boarding school together, and fell in love together. They also fell out together. After 18 months of finding El Dorado, something went wrong with them. It has been 2 years since they saw each other. Kiara comes back to the outer banks to spend 2 months on vacation with her parents. The thing is, she decides to bring her new boyfriend with her. When she reunites with her long-time best friends, including her first real love JJ, will she regret the 2 years they lost? Will she choose her old and first real love or her new shiny boyfriend?

After a disagreement on the Beach JJ, Kiara, John B, and Pope are knocked out and wake up on a boat leading to nowhere. With the group on edge no one knows what to do or what to say till Kiara disappears. JJ and the boys finally regroup in the good of finding Kie but after they save her and return home will they remain a group... JJ's feelings for Kie start to eat him alive along with everything else is his life.... Will JJ ever find peace?

So this is a jiara story. It's about the pogues but the plot is not the same. There is no treasure hunt. It's mostly about Jj and Kie and their problems.
