Tùsaire (too-sah-reh) - pioneer Now in a new world, the Frasers must figure out how to navigate what is completely unknown to them - pioneering. With a child on the way, Catrìona has concerns about raising this child in a new and unknown world, but Jamie reminds her that so long as he is by her side, she will have nothing to fear. Maevis, too, must navigate a world unknown as she searches for her family, and Elton struggles with what he wants for himself, or what his destiny is, when he learns that Maevis has gone through the stones. Rory, fearful for his friend, longs to find her and finds himself quite taken with another bonny red-haired lass. Archie must fight discrimination for love, and Cailean reunites with an old friend he never thought he'd see again. Triallaire (tree-ahl-uh-dehr) - Voyager Having to adapt to life in her own time was more difficult than Catrìona, as the rebellion had been won by the time she returned. For a while, she lives the best life that she can with the daughter that Jamie forced her to save, Maevis, until trouble stirs up again. She is forced to send her daughter away to safety in order to fight in the rebellion again, but when she's fighting in Edinburgh, she finds herself falling through time yet again. When she and Jamie Fraser, and the now grown children she had been forced to leave behind, cross paths yet again, she finds that neither of them are the person they used to be. Will they overcome these new differences and relearn and rediscover each other, or is their relationship now doomed to fail? But both are wanted for their actions at Culloden, so Catrìona's grandfather, Eairdsidh Ruadh Fowlis, Laird of Cìosamul, agrees to take them both under his wing. For a time, things are almost normal, until a figment of Catrìona's past begins to call out to her, and it involves a mythical island known as Hy-Brasil, and a further exploration into her ancestry. Laochaire (loo-kah-her) - Warrior Forced to flee to France, Jamie and Catrìona Fraser have hatched a plan to stop Bonnie Prince Charlie from invading Scotland in 1745, all while trying to navigate new parenthood and keep from appearing as traitors to either side, as they both know they are. When the future proves to be inevitable, Jamie and Catrìona are forced to play their parts, which ultimately ends in tragedy. Part Two in the 'Eileanach' Series

Will they grow stronger, or will they fall apart? The journey was full of hardships that neither one experienced before, and they had to stick together to get through it.

A Nighean Ruadh (ah nee-yen roo-adh) - Red-haired lass Captain Catrìona Fowlis, her last memory being the middle of the Second Battle of Culloden in 2138, awakens to find herself in the year 1743 in the middle of yet another battle. Bound by her obligation to her soldiers, Catrìona does all she can to try and get back to Craigh Na Dun, but her heart finds itself in her way. She must choose between the future she expected to have, or the future that fate gave her.
