Daemon is a werewolf. A werewolf who doesn't want to be one. He has everything though, or so it seems. Money and a perfect family. Except his dad is a drunk and his mom is abusive. But he puts on a fake smile and a sweatshirt to hide the bruises. He doesn't have many friends, and his only one doesn't really care that much anyways. Then things changed. A weird feeling in his gut develops, and he's constantly on edge. Then he's forced to go to a birthday party where he finds the source of the weird feeling. His mate. His mate he doesn't want. His mate who is the next Alpha of a very strong pack. Daemon runs. He runs far away from his home and his pack, suppressing his wolf and going into hiding. But he can't hide for long, because his mate is on the hunt for what is rightfully his. *will be rewritten eventually*

Quinn spun around the balls of her feet, trying to figure out where that wonderful smell was coming from. The scent of rich coffee and vanilla radiated from a single figure, overwhelming her senses and making the she-wolf dizzy. They locked eyes as they both whispered "mate" under their breath. Quinn then bolted in the opposite direction, so afraid of what would happen next. Being the only fat werewolf in the pack, she wanted to relish in the moment. She had a mate and wanted to prolong the inevitable rejection even for just a little while. But would he reject her?

"You're playing a dangerous game, my darling. Don't speak of giving yourself to me if you can't back it up." he said lowly, a smirk still on his face. He was incredibly sexy. His deep voice, his handsome face, and his godly body. He made me quiver. "I'll give you a month. I want to mate you on the next full moon." he told me. "What if I'm not ready by then?" I asked, sounding more worried than I'd wanted to. "I'm pretty sure you will be. The mate bond is strong. And besides, we can do... other things... until then." he smirked.
