An Anderperry (Todd Anderson/Neil Perry, Dead Poets Society) oneshot. Rated M for language, but may write more chapters that could be more mature. Todd's trying to write a poem about the boy he's fallen for, without much luck. Neil shows up and distracts him. Fluffy first kiss stuff. I haven't written fanfiction in years, but something about these two inspired me so much that I felt compelled to write this. Let me know what you guys think , and if you want more!

Todd is watching helplessly as Neil is carted away after the play, when he is visited by three strange spirits. Each spirit reveals to him a different aspect of his story, and the gives Todd one last chance to save Neil. But will he be able to do it? Or will he learn a lesson in preventing the inevitable?(A Christmas Carol knockoff, happy holidays)

"Do you remember that first class with Keating? When he showed us those pictures...I just keep thinking about how, when we leave this place, they won't even have a photo of Neil. So when I graduate, he's gone. It's like he never even existed at all. And they won't even have his stupid graduate photo." --- I wrote this as a birthday fic for Todd. Todd wasn't just going to sit by and let Neil go to Harvard without him, was he? After Neil is unenrolled from Welton, Todd can only think of how to be reunited with him. His plan is simple: If Neil's going to Harvard, he'll just have to go, too. Meanwhile, Neil is still trying to find his way at Brayton Military School. As time goes on, he makes an unlikely friend, and reveals what really happened on the fateful night of December 15th.

Neil Perry is sent by his father to an old friend Mr. Anderson in hopes of 'curing' his rebellious attitude and gayness. There he meets Todd Anderson, a boy that deals with severe anxiety and religious trauma brought on by his father. They learn how to love themselves and each other despite the horrible situation.

Todd Anderson never had anyone who looked at him for him, and not his brothers legacy. That is until he enters Welton and meets Neil Perry...

"Do we get second chances in this life, Todd?" Neil asks him like he expects a negative answer. Todd doesn't give that to him. "Yes. We do. I know it." "Do you?" Neil grins, playfully elbowing him. "Did you at least wait to take it? That second chance? Until the world was more peaceful? More kind?"
