When Matthew has an encounter with Arrby, the pup and his owner, Sid, the two decide to take the tiny human, hoping to use him to make the Paw Patrol give them whatever they want, but during that time, Matthew discovereds that Arrby had a secret past that no one knew about, not evening his owner. After Mayor Humdinger was released from jail, The Paw Patrol receives a call from Liberty, who believes that the Mayor is up to no good. The Paw Patrol travels to Adventure City to assist Liberty. Even Tuck, Ella, Everest, Rex, and Tracker come along.
