There is a list of 8,943 people, catalogued for the safety of others. These people are known as rouges, because their genetic programming defies normality. They wear what they are on their sleeve, because they have no choice. There is bias against rouges, as people just don't understand them. 8,943 people who can do things that were thought impossible. All because of a latent difference in their ancestry. 10 lives that seem so insignificant and easily thrown aside. 10 rouges with almost nothing in common between them have to not only live but survive the trials people set out for them.

Journal Number 3 from the hit tv show Gravity Falls, created by Alex Hirsch, was released on July 26th of 2016. Ford's journal is packed with every page ever seen in the show, plus many others, but it is also packed with something else: CODES. In this book, I will be decoding every page in the journal myself, and then posting the decoded pages.
