This is a story that take place after Wei Ying and Lan Zhan got save from the slaughter Xuanwu cave. When Lan Zhan and Jiang Cheng went to go find Wei Ying, he end up freezing the two and then knocking the two unconscious. During the banquet Wei Ying decide to leave instead of going inside the banquet hall. When Wei Ying walk toward the door he see Lan Zhan walking in his direction. Lan Zhan leave the group to follow Wei Ying, "Wei Ying!" "Wei Ying please come back to Gu-" "Enough Lan Wangji!" It shock Lan Zhan to hear Wei Ying to call him by his courtesy name. "I'm sorry. Where are you going?" Lan Zhan asked. "I'm leaving, I'm not going back to the Jiang clan. I'm not staying here. If I do, they will start to make up bad story about me. Especially, the Jin clan."
