He was never open with another country, always ignoring their questions. So, the nations look through his bag as a result and find something interesting... (;-; Context time. Don't expect routinely or fast updates. Not that big brain. America is the oldest between Canada, Mexico, and himself, Mexico being the baby. Canon can just screw off- cause imma be including some slight OOC moments, but for the majority he is in character, or just slightly out of it. This is history based but will be historically inaccurate at times.
