No one truly knew. Well all except for Joseph Pulitzer, the man organising the entire experiment. While at this boarding school, some of the newsies find out about Pulitzer's plans and try to put a stop to them.

It had been a few months since the Newsies won their strike against Joseph Pulitzer and things had finally started to go back to normal. For most of the Newsies that was anyways. Two of the Newsies, Specs and Romeo had their own problems that they were dealing with. Both were hopelessly in love with the other and were convinced that the feelings were not mutual. In a time where being gay is illegal, will they give up or will they find joy in an illegal romance?
