An invitation from a Magical Academy has just arrived on The Mystery Shack's door while the Pines were having a nice family vacation. The Pines siblings's parents were excited and happy for them then immediately signed the invitation without a second thought. He and Mable had changed since when they were there last. Instead of Dipper being scared for his life, he was ignorant, quiet, and carefree about what happened to him. While Mabel of the other hand has turned into a total jerk, and she was one of the most popular kids in the whole school, breaking their close bond and leaving her nerdy brother.
