Midorima's life was full of good luck and good days. As a well-known surgeon, he's saved many people and helped quite a few lives. Misfortune and failure aren't even apart of his vocabulary. However, all that changes one day and Midorima's life comes crashing down. The only thing that could possibly have the power to save him would be his guardian angel. Too bad he doesn't have a guardian angel, but a guardian demon, named Takao. So, can Takao save Midorima from the forces against him, or will Takao be dragged down along with Midorima?

The thought of owning a cat have never crossed Midorima's mind because of hatred against cats. Once Takao knew about this he started to avoid the shooting guard. At first the megane doesn't seem to care but after three days of the point guard's lack of presence, it made him realize that the idiot became a big part of his life already.
