Tango had a little accident while testing his inators, and turned more than half of the hermit population to 3-5 year olds. The other hermits will have to work together to take care of the younger hermits till they can find a way of turning them back to adults again. Majority of this book is made out of fluff. Scar is the number one hero and which he is in college, he has a best friend named Grian who is the number one villain but scar doesn't know. Doc and cleo are the ones who are helping scar figure out who "Watcher" (Grian) is, and Grian has Timmy and Mumbo who keeps his identity safe.
