But worst of all, Dylan Lenivy; Ryan's summer crush, and now: the boy he is in love with has been in an unresponsive coma for a few months due to immense blood loss in his wrist where Ryan had amputated his hand impulsively due to a deadly infection. And Ryan can't help but blame himself for this event.

Kaitlyn feels bad for Dylan who is helplessly pining over Ryan. She also thinks there is a chance Ryan might like Dylan back.
