Jedną z niewielu osób bagatelizujących owe zagrożenie jest osiemnastoletnia Frisk, pracująca jako opiekunka, w bardzo późnych godzinach. Dziewczyna nie jest świadoma, że jeden z wampirów upatrzył sobie w niej swoją kolejną ofiarę. Chara, bo tak właśnie ma na imię, która ma ponad dwieście lat skuszona wyjątkową krwią Frisk, w końcu decyduje się zaatakować dziewczynę. Co po dłuższym czasie będzie miało zupełnie inne konsekwencje, niż mogła przewidzieć. Art z okładki nie należy do mnie, wszelkie zasługi przypadają autorowi.
