Sequel to Upon Wings Of Change. The dragonets are flourishing; both those in the park and those helping the Kymari. As the first dragonets to hatch in the Kymari civilization, Tessa and her brother are paving a new path as they grow up and learn how to fit into the world. New beginnings are often great things, but sometimes shadows from the distant past come calling. ----------------------------------- I did not originally intend to write a sequel to Upon Wings of Change, but due to a rather large number of requests from numerous individuals, here it is - my first-ever sequel... No one ever said what would happen when dragons and aliens meet. And no one told me that I would be in the middle of it. Tasha was studying hard to get through her last year of university when she was kidnapped. She certainly didn't expect to wake up with four feet and wings. Mad scientists are bad enough, but things get even more complicated when aliens appear and wipe out the human race. Is there a way for her to hide her true identity in this new world while retaining her humanity? --------------------- Sneak Peek: I jumped over the lip of the tray and beat down hard with my wings. I had expected to only slow my fall; I had not expected to end up gaining so much height. I squawked in surprise and spread my wings wide in alarm before gravity regained its hold on me. With several awkward back-winging motions of my wings, I landed lightly on the floor. Well, at least I know my wings work. I glanced at the man in the corner as he was scribbling quick notes. I turned around to regard the tray again. They say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, I managed to land in the sand tray with fanned wings slowing my momentum. That was much more graceful. But a wing-assisted hop wasn't true flight. And I still wasn't on the windowsill. ---------------------------- Entire semi-polished draft can be read on Wattpad. [dreamnotfound & dTeam fantasy/superpower road trip au, 133k+ words, complete] "You're... not afraid?" His voice was barely a peep, shy gaze half-turning away but still watching him out of the corner of his eye. His hand instinctively reached for the pendant at his chest, tips of his finger grazing the crystal and ready to grasp it, somewhat afraid of the answer that would come next. "Why would I be afraid? You're like the coolest person I've met so far! Plus-" He poked his side, and George squeaked, jumping back from the ticklish sensation. "You're so scrawny and small. I'd never be afraid of you!" * * * George never wanted to be one of them. But at eight years old, he discovered he was a Psychic and he was committed into a faraway island academy for Extramundanes. Despite the difficulty of making friends when even other super-powered classmates are afraid of you, George finds a tight-knit group of best friends who aren't afraid to stand up for him. Yet with age comes his developing abilities, and as he grapples for control, the disappearance of one of his best friends leads George and his friends on a runaway road trip to rescue him. However, they fail to realize their true adversary is the threatening power searing inside one of their own. [Cross-posted to AO3]

The boy is looking back at him from across the cove. His eyes are dark, pupils narrow like a cat's. His ears are slightly pointed but mostly human in appearance and in his mouth, held between two rows of very, very sharp and white fangs, a fish. He watches Dream for a second more before ducking his head and diving into the darkness below. Before he disappears fully, a fanned tail surfaces and slaps the water. The birds and fish return to pick up the scraps George left behind. or, DNF but it's siren!George

**Completed** Tommy Simons was a very successful streamer by the name of TommyInnit with plenty of friends, online and in real life. When his parents die unexpectedly in a car crash, Tommy becomes a legal orphan, and he is forced into the foster care system. With no way to communicate, Tommy spends the next two years of his life in absolute hell with no way to call for help. When Phil and Kristen decide to adopt a child, they accidentally find Tommy and are very happy to bring him back home with them. However, their bonds with the boy have long since been broken, leaving Tommy distrustful of his old friends. When a stalker decides to pick on the members of the Smp, Tommy must learn to work together with his newfound comrade to save their friends. **Completed** Hi! Cubed here. This book is a vigilante TommyInnit story. It is Tommy centric, though it will include other members of the dsmp. I really liked the stories about heroes, villains and vigilantes of the dsmp, although this does not take place on the smp. There will be no smut or relationships although there will be crushes mentioned. This is my first book that I have posted, so feel free to comment if I forget to put a trigger warning, recap, etc. This story will be quite long, I will do my best to post often, and I don't plan on abandoning the book without giving my plans at the end. Anyway, enjoy the story! Description: The world has always been black and white, and ten year old Tommy Innit doesn't think things will ever change. That is until six years later, a new colour emerges, and people can't seem to make up their mind about the new group. Sixteen year old Tommy, alone in the world, must protect himself from heroes and villains alike as he fights for his life in district thirteen. This story was started at 5:42 pm on Sunday September 4, 2022. This story was completed on Friday October 28, 2022.

Wilbur was tired of being a hero. He liked to believe that he was a good hero, but being a good hero wasn't enough. It was never enough. Always compared to his twin brother, the golden child of the Minecraft Hero Family. Wilbur lived in Techno's shadow. He hated it so much and he wasn't sure how much more he could take. He wanted to be seen for who he was. He was Wilbur goddamn Minecraft, and he refused to let himself be a side note in someone else's story. Villains had one right; the right to choose a nemesis. A thesis to their anti-thesis. A rival. His subordinates always questioned why he chose Magpie. He never bothered to explain. He had met the hero once, and that was all it took. The eldest of the Minecraft children was so much more than anyone realized. There was a deep running fury hidden under his mask. The hero was fast approaching his breaking point. That, is why Quackity chose him. Wilbur Minecraft was going to fall soon, and he was going to fall hard. And Quackity would be right there waiting, ready to catch his songbird when he did.
