Story about Italy X germany👌 (18+)

This is continued from my first book called 'The Only One Whose Seen Him Cry' Ludwig and Feliciano have been together for awhile now, and have even done some things. (Much to Romano's disliking) Now poor Feli is preggers and hasn't told Ludwig at all. But said German finds out when a certain Spaniard accidentally says it out loud.

Germany has been having nightmares about losing his little Italy. One day Italy asks if he can stay over at Germany's place and he accepts. That night Germany has his worst nightmare and Italy doesn't know what to do. He also doesn't know Germany loves him back.

Feliciano Vargas (Italy) wakes up in the house of a certain German after fainting from hypothermia while walking home in a snow blizzard. Both are trapped at Ludwig's (Germany) house until the blizzard ends. What will happen between the two? Will their secret love for each other finally bloom, or awkwardness and embarrassment consume them both?

This is basically the original story "Beauty and the Beast" but I switched the characters from the actual movie to Hetalia characters... There will be linked a song to almost all chapters! I hope you'll all like it!
